Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Class and transfer fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued once payments have been submitted. Class materials and supplies such as course manuals and textbooks, CPR masks, and all other class supplies are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
A space in the class has been reserved specifically for you, and space is limited. We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to reschedule your class. Please provide 24-hour notice if you cannot attend your scheduled time, and we will reschedule your class for 60 days at no additional cost.
No Show Policy
If a registered participant is a no-show and absent from their scheduled class, they will not receive a refund and will not be eligible to reschedule the class.
Cancelled Class Policy
Sigma Rescue LLC reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. If a class is canceled, registration participants will be offered a transfer to a different class at no additional charge or a full refund.
