TNCC – Courses

Hardware Requirements

All courses are delivered live via Zoom. A speaker, microphone, webcam, and internet connection are required. Students are expected to be visible on the camera during class.

Virtual Course Start Each Day: – 9 am Pacific Time

Prerequisites – Participants must hold a current Registered Nursing License to receive certification. – LPNs and Paramedics are eligible to attend the course but are only awarded contact hours.

About TNCC

Every second counts when stabilizing life-threatening trauma cases. This course, taught by qualified emergency nurses, prepares you with the knowledge, critical thinking skills and hands-on trainig needed to provide high-quality, trauma nursing care. After completion of this course, you will able to properly assess and implement evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes for your patients.

TNCC Format

A variety of learning methodologies are included to care to every learning style, including:

  • Online Modules
  • Instructor-led classroom discussions and skill stations

TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course 2 Day $350

This is a 2-day course that is approximately 8 hours on Day 1 and 6 hours on Day 2. Pre-course modules are required to be completed before the start of Day 1. ENA TNCC Provider Manual 9th Edition is required. You are not required to purchase it through Sigma Rescue, but we offer it for $90 at registration.

TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course 1 Day Renewal Course $250

This is a 1-day course of approximately 6 hours as a refresher before testing. The ENA TNCC Provider Manual 9th Edition is required. You are not required to purchase it through Sigma Rescue, but we offer it for $90 at registration.

TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course Challenger $175 This is performed seven days a week. No education was provided; skills testing and debriefing took approximately 45 minutes.
